For
me, the practice of yoga allows a constant remembrance of the Divine within.
The daily practice of yoga is present in the choices and actions of every
moment. Yoga is a path to unite body, mind, and spirit. In Hatha Yoga, asanas
(poses) and breath work are a step toward self-realization.
My
yoga classes are intended for beginners and practitioners who like restorative yoga. Each
person takes these classes to her/his comfort level. Our practices explore a
variety of asanas for vitality, strength, flexibility, and mental and physical
relaxation. These effects are obtained through steady and comfortable stretching, stimulating the energy channels, and massaging the internal organs of the body. Special attention is given to body alignment and breathing
techniques.
